Take orders at the table, on a phone
A live floor view and search-first ordering for waiters, with every order sent straight to the kitchen.
Updated

What you get
A live floor
See every table as free, seated, ordered, waiting, ready, on the bill, being cleaned or blocked, drawn from the same floor plan the Manager edits.
Orders at the table
Search a dish, choose options and send. The order is accepted and reaches the kitchen as soon as it is sent.
Ready alerts
The waiter app rings when the kitchen marks an order for the table as ready.
Bills and cleaning
Request the bill and mark a table clean from the phone, so the floor stays accurate.
Works on plain phones
It runs in a browser or installs on Android, so ordinary phones are enough.
What it does
The waiter app puts the floor and the menu in a waiter's pocket. The Floor view shows the room by zone, such as the main room, booths and the terrace, with each table showing its state, its seats and how long guests have been seated. A tap opens the table and its order.
Waiters take orders at the table with a search box and text tiles, so they can find a dish quickly without scrolling through photos. When they send, the order goes to the kitchen display at once.
How it works
- Pair a phone in the Manager under Team and devices, and sign in with your PIN.
- Open the Floor and choose a table. The header shows how many guests are waiting.
- Search for a dish, choose size and options, and send. The order is tied to the table through its table session.
- When the kitchen marks it ready, the phone rings.
- Request the bill, and mark the table clean when it is free again.
One room, drawn once
The floor is the plan you draw in the Manager, so tables, zones and seats are the same in the waiter app, in the floor plan editor and on table QR codes. Guests who order themselves from the table and waiters who order for them use the same tables and the same kitchen.
Reliable on a busy floor
Every action writes to the device first and the app sends it when it can, so a patch of poor signal does not stop an order. Each write carries a key that stops a retry from creating a second order.
What it replaces
It replaces the notepad, the walk to the till to key in what was written, and shouting to the kitchen. For service with a bigger team or fine dining, see reservations and floor plan.

Questions and answers
How many waiter devices can I have?
Starter includes 5, Growth 15, and Unlimited has no limit.
Do I need special handhelds?
No. It runs on ordinary phones in a browser or as an Android app.
What if the signal drops in the dining room?
Orders are written on the device first and sent when the connection returns. The app does not make the waiter wait on the network.
Does a waiter order reach the kitchen without anyone accepting it?
Yes. A staff placed order is accepted when it is created, so it reaches the kitchen straight away.
