Ordering
Let guests order from the table with their phone
A QR code on each table opens your menu. The order reaches the kitchen tagged with the table.

What you get
One code per table
Each table in your floor plan has its own code, and the Manager prints table tents for the whole room.
No app to install
The code opens your ordering site in the phone's browser, so guests need nothing but a camera.
The kitchen knows the table
The order arrives as a table order, so the kitchen and the waiter can see where it goes.
Same menu as online
Prices, options, allergens and deals are the ones guests see on your website, kept in one place.
Waiters can still serve
The waiter app takes orders at the same tables, so QR ordering and table service can run side by side.
What it does
A guest sits down, scans the code on the table and your menu opens on their phone. They choose dishes, pick options, see allergens and send the order. It arrives in the Manager and on the kitchen screen as a table order, tagged with the table the code belongs to.
Nothing is installed. The code opens the same ordering website your guests use at home, so there is one menu to keep up to date.
How it works
- Draw your room in the floor plan, with a table for each seat group.
- Open Profile and QR in the Manager, where every table has its own code, and print the table tents.
- Put a tent on each table.
- A scan opens the menu for that table. The guest orders and the kitchen sees it with the table number.
- If your team serves tables too, the waiter handheld shows the same tables.
Who it suits
It suits cafes and casual restaurants where guests happily order themselves, and busy rooms where waiters would rather carry plates than take every order. It also works as an extra channel in a restaurant with full table service, because the waiter app and the codes use the same tables.
Things to know
Payment follows the options you switch on for your site, such as card payment through your own provider. Orders from guests arrive waiting for a person to accept them, and the alert keeps ringing until someone does, so the room stays in control of what the kitchen starts. Guests who would rather talk to a person can always call a waiter over.
What it replaces
It replaces paper menus that are out of date, the queue at the counter and a separate table ordering tool with its own menu.
