GloriaFood is ending. Here is how to move calmly
What its own site says about the end date, a checklist of what to export, and how DineHarbor handles each part.
Facts checked on
What you get
The date
GloriaFood's own site says the product will reach end of life on April 30, 2027, and that it no longer accepts new signups.
Plan to be done early
Oracle's FAQ, as shown in search results, says extensions are not possible and data can be retrieved for 30 days afterwards, so move well before the date.
What GloriaFood did well
Free ordering with no fees or commissions, QR code ordering and reservations. DineHarbor also takes no commission but is not free.
A flat price
DineHarbor starts at £69 per location a month, with a 30 day free trial and no card.

What GloriaFood says
GloriaFood's own home page says: "GloriaFood will reach end of life on April 30, 2027", and that it no longer accepts new signups. Oracle's notice says it offers no direct replacement for GloriaFood's products, and mentions a partner for customers who choose to move. A search result for an older Oracle page gave 31 March 2027, so read Oracle's notice on the day you decide. Facts checked on 20 October 2026.
What to save before it closes
- Your menu: categories, dishes, descriptions, prices and options. Save a PDF or a set of photos of it.
- Your photos and logo.
- Your customer list and order history, if your admin lets you export them.
- Opening hours, delivery areas, fees and minimum orders.
- The address of any website, button or QR code that points to GloriaFood, so you can replace each one.
- Your payment provider details, which stay with you.
Oracle's FAQ, as shown in search results, says data can be retrieved for 30 days after the end date and that extensions are not possible. Do not wait for that.

| QR code ordering | A code for each table (QR table ordering) |

What changes
GloriaFood's ordering was free. DineHarbor is not: after a 30 day trial, a plan starts at £69 per location a month, excluding VAT, as of October 2026, and you add a till and kitchen screens in the same price if you want them. Customer lists and order history are not imported by a tool today, so keep your own export.
A calm order of work
Export first. Then start your DineHarbor trial and import your menu, connect your payment provider, set your hours and delivery area, test an order, and only then replace the links and QR codes pointing to GloriaFood. See our guide to switching systems safely.

Questions and answers
When does GloriaFood close?
Its own site says end of life on April 30, 2027. An older search result for an Oracle page mentioned 31 March 2027, so check Oracle's notice for the latest date.
Can I export my data?
Oracle's notice does not describe an export. Third party guides mention a menu through an API and customers and orders as CSV in the admin. Confirm what you can save in your own admin.
Is DineHarbor free like GloriaFood?
No. GloriaFood's ordering was free. DineHarbor has a 30 day trial, then a plan from £69 per location a month, excluding VAT, with no commission on orders.
Can DineHarbor import my menu?
Yes. You can import a photo, a PDF or pasted text of your menu, and review the draft before saving.
