How reviews work

  • Only the owner of a restaurant that uses DineHarbor can leave a review, one per restaurant.
  • The Manager app asks after about three weeks of use, and it is always available in Settings.
  • Our team approves or rejects a review. We never change the words.
  • A restaurant name is shown only if the owner agreed to it.
