Pricing questions

Is there a free plan?
No, but every restaurant starts with a 30-day free trial of Growth, no card needed. The trial includes a small AI allowance so you can try the AI tools.
What happens when the trial ends?
Choose a plan in Billing and carry on where you left off. Until you do, your apps and online ordering pause; your menu, orders and customers stay in your account.
How does per-location pricing work?
Each location you run is billed at your plan's price. Open another location and your next bill includes it, prorated to the day; close one and the bill goes down.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Your ordering site runs on your own domain, or on a free name.dineharbor.com address if you don’t have one yet. We connect your domain with you, security certificate included.
What counts as a device?
Each till, kitchen screen, waiter phone, kiosk and driver phone set up at a location. Each plan includes the numbers shown above per location, and Unlimited has no limits. Manager on your own phone or computer, and your staff accounts, never count.
What are AI credits?
The AI tools use credits: an answer from the assistant uses under one, a dish description about one, and importing a whole menu from photos can use a few hundred. Credits top up on the 1st of each month.
What does Enterprise include?
Your own apps with your name, icon and colours: the ordering app for your guests and the staff apps for your team, published to the App Store and Google Play under your own developer accounts (Apple charges $99 a year for one). Plus a named account manager and set-up for every location. Every group is different, so we agree the price with you: contact us.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing. Upgrades apply at once and are prorated; you can cancel or resume your subscription yourself.
Which payment providers can my restaurant use?
Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, Adyen, Revolut and Square for online payments, set up per branch, plus cash. Each provider charges its own processing fees; DineHarbor adds none.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can request an export of your data at any time.
