Kitchen
One kitchen screen for every order
Orders from the till, website, waiter and kiosk arrive on the pass with timers, stations and a way to bring a ticket back.

What you get
Every channel, one rail
Each ticket shows where it came from, such as the till, web, table QR, waiter or kiosk, and how long it has been waiting.
Stations and routing
Send grill items to the grill and drinks to the bar with routing rules, and fire courses when the table is ready.
Holds and recall
Hold a ticket until it is needed, and tap a bumped ticket to bring it back from the recent list.
Printer failover
If a kitchen printer goes down, tickets can print elsewhere, with two guards so nothing is cooked twice.
Allergens on the ticket
Allergen information travels with the order so the kitchen sees it where they cook.
What it does
The kitchen display replaces the printer and the pile of paper tickets. Each order appears on the screen as a card with its number, where it came from, the items and a timer against your target prep time. When the cook finishes it, they bump the ticket and it moves to the recent list.
Tickets arrive from every channel: the till, the website, table QR codes, the waiters and the kiosk. Orders that wait on a person to accept them show a ringing alert on the Manager and the till, and once accepted they appear on the pass.
How it works
- Pair a screen in the Manager under Team and devices.
- Orders appear as soon as they are accepted. A till or waiter order is accepted when it is sent.
- Timers show how long each ticket has waited, against a target range.
- Cooks bump finished tickets. A bumped ticket stays in the recent list, and a tap brings it back.
- Hold a ticket to keep it off the rail until it is wanted, and fire courses when the table is ready.
Built for a busy pass
Stations and routing rules send each item to the right screen. All day counts show how many of each cooking-relevant item are open, grouped by modifier. Stations send a heartbeat, and printer failover protects against a dead printer without printing a ticket twice.
What it replaces
It replaces paper tickets that get lost, a printer that jams on a Friday night, and shouting orders across the pass. Read the blog guide if you are deciding whether a screen is worth it for your kitchen, and see printers to keep a paper backup.

Questions and answers
What do I need to run a kitchen screen?
Any tablet or screen that can open the app in a browser, or an Android tablet with the app installed. Starter includes 2 kitchen screens and Growth 6.
Can the kitchen use paper tickets as well?
Yes. You can print kitchen tickets on a receipt printer alongside or instead of the screen.
Can I have more than one station?
Yes. Stations and routing rules decide which screen sees which item.
What if someone bumps a ticket by accident?
Bumped tickets stay in a recent list at the bottom, and tapping one brings it back.
