Where Lightspeed is stronger

Lightspeed lists 24/7 chat and phone support on every plan, a long list of add-ons such as accounting, payroll and a hotel system link, an integration marketplace and its own payments. For a restaurant that needs those, it has more breadth.

Where DineHarbor differs

DineHarbor includes the kitchen screen, QR ordering, stock control, loyalty and AI credits in the plan, with price per location rather than per register. It has a public API that is read only today, does not connect to Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat and has no iOS app in the App Store yet.

How to choose

Choose Lightspeed if you need its integrations or round the clock support and your till count fits its plans. Choose DineHarbor if you want a flat price per location with screens, ordering and loyalty included. Ask each for a quote for your number of tills and sites.
