The short version

We could not open Toast's website on 20 October 2026: the pages returned an access error to our tools. This page therefore says less than our other comparisons, and we would rather leave a gap than guess. Everything about Toast below comes from how Toast's own UK pages appeared in search results, and should be confirmed on Toast's site.

What we can say fairly

Toast is a large restaurant platform with a strong record in the United States, and it has published UK pages with starting prices. Whatever its detail, it will suit some restaurants better than DineHarbor, especially those who want a single provider for software and payments.

Where DineHarbor differs

DineHarbor publishes every limit and price, includes online ordering with no commission, a kitchen display, waiter phones and loyalty in the plan, and works with your own payment provider. It does not sell hardware, does not connect to Deliveroo, Uber Eats or Just Eat, and has no iOS app in the App Store yet.

How to choose

Ask Toast for a written quote with hardware, payment rates and the contract term. Ask us for the same, and compare your own totals. If you want us to add a fact here, write to sales@dineharbor.com with a link to the page that shows it.
