What you get
Search first
Type a name or code to find a dish fast. Photos are an option in settings, off by default, because speed matters at the till.
Options done properly
Sizes, extras, half and half pizzas, removing ingredients and meal deal choices use the same pricing as your website.
Tills, shifts and cash up
Open and close shifts, record cash in and out, split bills and run a Z-report that reconciles to your payments.
Manager approval
Voiding a payment or paying cash out above your limit needs a manager's PIN.
One order list
Till orders sit beside online, kiosk and waiter orders in the Manager, and go to the kitchen when you send them.
Card reader support
Take card payments with a connected reader, and print receipts on your own printer.
What it does
The DineHarbor till is where a team member takes an order, sends it to the kitchen and takes payment. It is built for speed: you search for a dish by name or code, tap the options, and send it. Dine-in, collection and delivery orders all start from the same screen.
Everything the till does is shared with the rest of DineHarbor. A till order shows up on the kitchen display, in the Manager, and in your reports beside the orders from your website, the kiosk and the waiters.
How it works
- Open a shift and count in the cash drawer.
- Search for a dish, or tap its category, then choose size, extras and removals.
- Pick dine-in, collection or delivery, add a customer if you want, and a table or a name for the receipt.
- Send to the kitchen to pay later, or charge straight away.
- At the end of the day close the shift. The Z-report shows payments by type and refunds, with a named approver for every cash movement.
Money controls
The till records cash paid in and out, petty cash, safe drops, tips and bill splits. Voiding a payment, and paying out cash above a limit you set, both need a manager's PIN. Till reports lets you reopen any past Z-report from the Manager.
Prices that match everywhere
The till prices variants, modifier groups, half and half pizzas, ingredient removals and deal slots with the same pricing module as the online storefront, checked against a shared set of test baskets, so a basket costs the same on the till and on the website.
What it replaces
It replaces a till that does not talk to your online orders or your kitchen, and the second system you would otherwise run to see all your orders in one place. For card payments see card readers, for receipts printers, and for connection problems offline mode.

Questions and answers
What devices does the till run on?
It runs in a browser, including on an iPad, and installs as an app on Android tablets.
How many tills does my plan include?
Starter includes 2, Growth 5 and Unlimited has no limit. Check the pricing page for the current figures.
Does it work if the internet drops?
Orders are saved on the device and sent when the connection returns. Taking payment needs a connection, and the till says so.
Can I split a bill?
Yes. Bill splits, tips and tenders are recorded per payment.
Do I have to use photos on the till?
No. The till shows text tiles with a search box by default, and Show photos is a setting.
