Run more than one restaurant from one account

Each location has its own menu, orders, devices and reports. Switch between them from one sign-in.

Updated

The Manager Orders list for one location, with a location picker available from the account area

What you get

  • One sign-in

Sign in once and choose the restaurant and location, then switch location from the account area at any time.

  • Each location on its own

A location keeps its own menu, orders, devices, hours and reports, so one site's change does not touch another.

  • Plans that scale

Starter covers 1 location, Growth up to 5 and Unlimited has no limit. Price is per location per month.

  • A safe bin

A deleted location waits in a bin for several days before it is gone, with the days remaining shown.

  • Branded apps

Enterprise adds your own branded apps for your guests and your team, in the App Store and Google Play.

What it does

When you open a second restaurant, you do not need a second system. DineHarbor works on a restaurant account that holds one or more locations. Each location has its own menu, orders, tills, kitchen screens, opening hours and reports, and you move between them from the account area.

How it works

  1. Sign in once. If you belong to more than one restaurant or location, you land on a picker that shows them by name.
  2. Choose a location. The Manager, the till and the other apps now work on that location.
  3. Add a location from the account area. Your subscription follows the number of locations.
  4. Pair devices to the location they belong in, and give each person access only to the locations they should reach.
  5. Switch location whenever you need to, from the account area.

Plans and limits

Starter covers one location, Growth up to five and Unlimited has no limit. The price is per location per month, excluding VAT, and the pricing page has the current figures. Devices, API keys and webhooks have their own limits by plan.

Be clear about what it is

Menus, orders and reports belong to a location. That keeps a mistake in one place from spreading, and it suits restaurants whose sites differ. Reports are read one location at a time, so a combined view across all sites is not part of DineHarbor yet.

What it replaces

It replaces a separate login for each site and a spreadsheet to stitch the numbers together. Read about team and permissions to decide who sees which location, and the blog for how groups organise their sites.

Questions and answers

Is the price per location?

Yes. Prices are per location per month, excluding VAT, and your subscription grows with the number of locations.

Can I see all locations in one report?

Reports are per location today. You switch location to read each one.

Do locations share a menu?

Each location has its own menu, so each can be set up for its own site.

How do my staff reach the right location?

Staff sign in once and pick from the locations they are allowed into, and they can switch location when needed.
