What you get
Menu from a photo
Photograph your price list and review the draft the AI makes, instead of typing every product.
Order ahead
Guests choose a day and time. A scheduled order stays off the kitchen screen until it is due, and is switched on per location.
Stamp cards for regulars
Print cards, stamp online orders automatically and reward the tenth loaf, or whatever your programme says.
Allergens on every product
Fourteen allergens held on ingredients, shown to guests and carried to the bench.
Collection first
Guests choose collection, and the website shows your hours and where you are.
What bakeries need
A bakery works backwards from the morning. Three needs are common.
Orders for later. Cakes, celebration orders and morning collections are ordered a day or more ahead. A system with only ASAP orders gets in the way.
A big product list. Many products, many variants, and a price list that changes with the season.
Allergen care. Flour, nuts, milk and eggs are in almost everything, and guests ask.
The five features that matter
- Menu import, to build the list quickly.
- Online ordering, with order ahead for collection.
- Stamp cards, for regulars.
- Allergens, held on ingredients.
- Loyalty points, if you prefer a points scheme.
A day in the life
Picture a bakery that opens at seven. The evening before, guests placed orders for morning collection through the website. Because those orders were scheduled, they stayed off the screen overnight and were released to the bench at the time the system worked out from the bakery's prep time. At seven the counter opens and the till takes walk-in orders. A regular hands over a stamp card, and a guest asks which loaf has seeds, and the website shows the allergens beside each one. This is a description of how the product works, and not a customer story.
Pricing
Starter is £69 per location a month, excluding VAT, as of October 2026, and covers the till, kitchen screens, waiter phones, online ordering, loyalty and stamp cards, with unlimited staff. See the pricing page for current figures. The first 30 days are free, with no card needed.
Try it

Questions and answers
Can customers order for tomorrow morning?
Yes, when you switch on order ahead for the location. Guests choose a day and a slot, and a slot the page offers can never be refused at checkout.
Does a scheduled order print straight away?
No. It stays off the kitchen screen and does not print until its release time, which is worked out from your prep time.
Can I import a price list from a PDF?
Yes. A PDF, a photo or pasted text can be imported, and you review the draft before saving.
Who is responsible for allergen accuracy?
You are. DineHarbor holds and shows what you enter, and the AI can only suggest allergens for a person to confirm.
