A voice assistant on your website, kiosk and drive-through lane that reads the order back before it is placed.

What you get
Three places to talk
The website and app, the kiosk and the drive-through lane each have their own switch, and you turn on only the ones you want.
Four languages
The assistant works in English, Arabic, Spanish and French, and you can choose a voice for each.
A read-back first
On the kiosk and the lane the order is only placed after the guest confirms what the assistant read back.
Clear that it is an AI
The kiosk tells guests they are talking to an AI assistant, and they can switch to touch at any time.
A daily minutes limit
Each location has a daily limit on voice minutes, so a busy day cannot run away with your AI credits.
What it does
Voice ordering lets a guest say what they want instead of tapping through a menu. The assistant understands the dishes on your own menu, asks about sizes and options, and reads the order back. It runs in four places: your website, your customer app, the self-order kiosk and the drive-through lane.
How it works
- The guest presses Order by voice on the website or the kiosk, or speaks at the drive-through lane.
- The assistant greets them and listens. The words are shown on screen as captions.
- It builds a basket from your live menu and asks about anything missing, such as a size or a sauce.
- On the kiosk and the lane it reads the whole order back. When the guest confirms, it places the order, and the order reaches the till and the kitchen screen like any other.
- On the website and the app the assistant leads the guest to checkout, where they review the basket and pay as usual.
What you control
You choose where voice is available. The website and app share one switch, and the kiosk and the lane each have their own. Set a daily minutes limit for each location, and pick the voice used for each language. Sessions have a time limit and end when the guest goes quiet.
Honest limits
The assistant takes orders from your menu, so it is only as good as the menu: clear names, working options, translations where you serve other languages. Guests on the kiosk pay at the counter and show their number, and the drive-through order is paid at the window. A guest who prefers to touch can switch at any moment.
What it replaces
It replaces a person taking every order at the counter or at a speaker post, and it keeps the same order flow, so staff handle voice orders on the screens they already use. For the lane itself see drive-through, and for the kiosk see the self-order kiosk.

Questions and answers
Does the website assistant place orders?
No. On the website and the app it helps a guest choose and then sends them to checkout. On the kiosk and the drive-through lane it places the order after the guest confirms.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Arabic, Spanish and French.
Can I switch it off?
Yes. Website and app, kiosk and drive-through lane are separate switches in the Manager under Settings, AI usage, Voice ordering.
Which plan do I need?
Voice uses your plan's AI credits. The kiosk and the driver apps are part of Growth and above, and the drive-through lane runs on a kiosk device.
Does it work from my real menu?
Yes. It reads your live menu, options and availability, so an 86'd dish is not offered.
