Online and QR ordering
How does QR table ordering work for diners and for the kitchen?

I am thinking of putting QR codes on tables. What does the diner do, and how does the order reach the kitchen?

Each table gets its own QR code. The diner scans it with their phone, sees your menu in their language, picks items and sends the order, with the table already known. No app download is needed.
The order goes onto the same live order ledger as every other channel, so it appears on the kitchen display (or the kitchen printer) and in the till, and your waiter can see it too. You choose when payment happens, at the table or at the counter, depending on how you work.
