Delivery
How do drive time delivery zones work, and why not use a simple radius?

I deliver myself. A radius on the map includes streets that are 5 minutes away and others across a river that take 25. Is there a better way?

That is exactly the problem with a radius. DineHarbor supports delivery zones based on drive time, so an address counts as inside your zone when the driver can really get there in the time you set, not when it is close on the map.
The driver app shows live tracking, and the dispatch board shows every delivery and driver in one place. Start with a drive time you can keep in the busy hour, and widen it once you see how your deliveries really run.
