What happens at the till when the internet goes down in the middle of service?

Our connection drops now and then. I cannot afford to stop taking orders at the lunch peak. Does the till keep working?

DineHarbor has an offline mode so the till can keep working through a short outage, and it catches up when the connection returns. Online orders and card payments that need the internet need the connection, so have a plan for those, such as cash or a second connection.
Watch the video guides on the Guides page and test it before a busy day: switch the tablet's wifi off, take an order, switch it back on, and check that everything arrives.
