A customer asked about nuts and I could not answer quickly. Where do I record allergens and calories so that customers see them when they order?

DineHarbor lets you record calories and allergens on each item, and they show to customers on your ordering site and app, so they can check before they order.
The work is in filling them in correctly: go item by item with your recipes and supplier labels, and update them when a recipe or supplier changes. The system shows what you enter; it cannot know what is in your kitchen. If you are unsure of a rule that applies to you, ask your local authority or environmental health officer.
